Lost in Translation

Almost a year since my first stay in Pematangsiantar, everything runnin' well and slow.
And about three weeks a go, suddenly a letter change everything. Yep..i've transferred to
another city in North Sumatra. If everybody called it a city, i called it a transit small city.
It called "Kota Pinang", located 72 km from city called "Rantau Prapat".If i drive to my home
town, Medan, it'll cost me about 7-9 hours. In this small city, you can have newspaper when the
time show u 2 PM in the noon.If u wanna get national newspaper "KOMPAS" u'll get it at 5 PM.
Crazy isn't it?. Don't bother me to find some big supermarket here, cause you'll only find it
on Rantau Prapat. Don't try to find Breadtalk or JCo Donuts since the people here dont know
about it. Most of the people here have their own CPO farms. What they get in a month will surprise
you, 10,20 or even 100 millions rupiahs. But dont try to judge their appearances, since u will
find it difficult, whether just an ordinary people or a millionaire.

In Kota Pinang, u have to be careful when u wanna get something to eat. Since very long time
a go, poison cases in food and drinks is a common and scare thing. The ancient people here have
some magical power that they can poison your food or drinks in just a single tap or clap.Luckyly to
me, i have my aunt here and i prefer to stay with them. But others newcomer to this town must be very
careful when they want to buy something to eat.

When u lost in this situation or i called lost in translation,it will be a happy time when u find
Internet Cafe. But in Kota Pinang, u wont find it.I think this's a horrible place. But do i can resist
it?No i can't. I'll have to do is fight the barrier here and stay survive in my job as a banker.

Have u ever feel the same wit me?

Usually i try to use sign language....heheheh...not the one for the deaf people...but basically just trying to visualize ur words w/ your hands. Makes me crazy sometimes...but what u gonna do?!? :p *sigh
